Light Peak, Intel and Apple for a new standard

Intel has recently introduced a new connector, commissioned by Apple, which provides a standard connection to 10Gbps.
The new technology called Light Peak allows you to have a single standard connector fiber high transfer capacity that Apple intends to use to replace the USB ports, audio and ethernet their notebook.
Light Peak may have light early in 2010 on the iMac, the MacBook and then move on to finish the iPhone.
Apple already knows that in the near future, the mobility is a key question for this reason it is prepared with only one connection port that can be incorporated in devices with reduced size.
