4S is fastest but for nothing. what i want to mean is 4D did is faster but not that fastest.
would it be better with 1GB RAM for 4S
But why you want such phone, its only started nearing the speeds of old phones. My 3 years old phone is faster than it and i know it doesnt do much things but its usually enough for me and so i never want more.
Use these new phones if you like, but dont say they is fast cause they is not.
