Well, this means that your website hasn’t been approved, yet, but if it’s submitted for at least 2-3 weeks, you may have a “problem” within your submitted description, another way to force indexing is putting links from other websites already indexed, to your website, you should also try resubmitting for approval again, changing your description, if same content was already used for another domain it may be harder, but not impossible.
