Number of houses and apartments in enforcement in the United States continues to grow.
In the third quarter, 938,000 of property in the United States were in enforcement. The figure is 23% higher than that recorded in the same period last year and 5% higher than that in the second quarter, according to data from RealyTrac.
One of 136 U.S. housing units received a notice of enforcement in the third quarter.
Number of enforcement of the highest level reached in 2005, only RealTrac estate consultancy company began to make reports. Reports on enforcement notices include acquisition of properties mortgaged, issued by banks, auction notices and announcements of delays in payment.
Nevada continues to be the state with the highest rate of forced execution. The number of new enforcement cases was 48,000 in the third quarter.
